This course is designed to provide understanding to the impact and benefits that a process-based system can bring to your organisation. At the end of the programme, participants will be able to understand the concepts of quality and the importance of quality in an organization. This includes the 7 quality management principles and the roles and responsibilities in ensuring the Quality Management System is effective.

This course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of how to apply, implement and remain consistently compliant with ISO 14001:2015 requirements.

This standard will give organizations a framework to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create better, safer working conditions. Implementation from an OHSAS 18001 certificate to an ISO 45001 can be a smooth process with the correct approach.

Participants will gain an in-depth overview of each aspect of the OH&S Management system and know how to improve your organization’s OH&S performance with the intent to prevent work-related injury and ill-health. The ISO 45001 requirement also will fulfill the compliance obligations and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

On training completion, you will be able to understand the basics of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and Annex SL as a framework for ISO management systems. You will also gain knowledge on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 relating to Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, and Operation and a key concept such as risk-based thinking and process approach.

This course is designed to provide an understanding of ISO 13485:2016 requirements, product safety and regulatory requirements. It will also review the requirement for changes, extent of the changes and their implications.

This course is designed to give participants a broad understanding of the laboratory’s accreditation standard ISO & IEC 17025:2017 and requirements in Structural, Process, Resources, Management, and Technical parts. Participants are expected to be able to understand the scopes and requirements of ISO & IEC 17025:2017, the principles of ISO/IEC Guide 98-4 in reporting statement of conformity, and important items and actions required in implementing the standard.
