ISO 9001 is a basic tool to demonstrate the quality performance of an organization. The ultimate goal for this ISO 9001 implementation is certification to demonstrate the system conformance by a third-party audit. The organization shall establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a quality management system, including the processes needed and their inter-actions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
This course is designed to provide understanding to the impact and benefits that a process-based system can bring to your organisation. At the end of the programme, participants will be able to understand the concepts of quality and the importance of quality in an organization. This includes the 7 quality management principles and the roles and responsibilities in ensuring the Quality Management System is effective.
